Service Offered

• Case management and organization: Implementing processes and procedures from case initiation to conclusion to ensure a thorough investigation that supports the Guardian ad Litem’s recommendations.
• Report writing: Preparing a comprehensive report that reflects the Guardian ad Litem’s full investigation and carefully considered recommendations.
• Case staffing: Reviewing investigative findings, identifying issues, and developing potential solutions and recommendations.
• Interview attendance: Attending interviews with parents, children, and/or witnesses to assess statements and demeanor.

Service Fees & Payment Terms

• Case management and organization: $275.00/hour
• Report writing: $275.00/hour
• Case staffing: $275.00/hour
• Interview attendance: $275.00/hour

If required to travel more than ninety (90) miles from Oklahoma City, OK, you must book a minimum of four (4) hours of services.

If required to travel out-of-state, you must book a minimum of eight (8) hours of services. Additionally, transportation and lodging fees are added to the service fees listed above.

Before the initiation of any services, a Contract for Guardian ad Litem Consulting Services must be signed by all parties, and one-half (1/2) of the agreed-upon fee must be paid in advance. The remaining one-half (1/2) must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of completion of services.
